Peter is Investment Committee member of OWW Investments III Ltd, a fund managed by OWW.

Peter has been in the investment management business for the past 25 years.  He is presently Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of NTUC Income Insurance Co-operative Limited, overseeing all investment management functions in equities, fixed income and alternative investments including private equity and property.  He was previously the CIO of Manulife Asset Management (Singapore) from 2006 to 2009.  Between 1992 and 2006, he was involved in the setting up of Straits Lion Management to manage the assets of two listed entities.  He began his career with Chemical Bank in 1985.
