Richard is Director and Investment Committee member of OWW Investments III Ltd, a fund managed by OWW.
Richard was with OWW for 13 years where he
was involved in the entire venture capital investment cycle, from the
conceptualization of deals to engagement with entreprenuers of OWW
portfolios to exits. Richard has been a member of the boards of BuzzCity,
Knowledge Platform, Oniontech Limited, Unifisoft,
Shanghai Newtouch Software and Beijing Evercare. Prior to OWW,
Richard spent three-and-a-half years at the Corporate Finance Department
of Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) where he participated in
assignments encompassing private fund raising, public flotation,
pre-investment financial due diligence, company valuation and project
feasibility studies. During his tenure at Coopers & Lybrand, Richard had
exposure in such industries as computer peripherals, engineering, life
sciences, industrial products and media.
Richard graduated from Bristol Unversity,
U.K. with a First Class Honours Degree in Economics and Accounting. He is
also a Chartered Financial Analyst and an Associate of the Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants.
