At OWW: As Co-founder and Managing Director, Bien Chuan is responsible for setting strategies, directing investments and overall management. He has led OWW's investment in more than 30 unlisted companies in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China and Hong Kong in the areas of IT, food, healthcare and consumer products. Bien Chuan is/has been a member of the boards of Asian Home Gourmet (acquired by Cerebos Pacific Ltd), Craft Print International, Showpla Hong Kong (acquired by Arrk Corp) and Goodpack.

Before OWW: Bien Chuan was the Corporate & Business Development Manager responsible for acquisitions at WBL Corporation, a diversified conglomerate. He was also with Standard Chartered Merchant Bank Asia (investment banking) and Coopers & Lybrand, U.K.

Education: A Bachelor of Science degree with honours in Computer Science and Accounting from the University of Manchester, U.K. and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
